Looked at a tutorial for creating a torn paper effect, this could be an idea that can be developed further for an image portraying nostalgia. Just trying to learn different things as I'm not exactly a expert in Photoshop.
If I was going to develop this idea further I would probably add some sort of 'coffee stain' and 'crumpled' effect to the paper.
